On November 6, 2018, Wang Zhibin, director of the Domestic Cooperation and Office of Central China Normal University(CCNU), and his deputy Xiao Zhigang, led the experts of the Basic Education Cooperation School Establishment Committee to conduct an inspection in Qianjiang, Hubei Province . Members of the committee were Guo Yuanxiang, Professor and doctoral tutor of Education School of CCNU, Yang Guohong, Vice-President and Executive Principal of No.1 Middle School affiliated to CCNU, Song Tao, assistant to the president of No.1 Middle School affiliated to CCNU, Shen Aihua, the principal of Primary School affiliated to CCNU, Yao Xiaoming, the principal of Yanxihu Primary School affiliated to CCNU, and Zhai Yulin, a commissioner of the project preparation center of the cooperation office.

        The expert group first carried out the site survey with Gong Hua, the deputy director of the Qianjiang NPC Standing Committee, Chen Hua, Party Secretary and director general of the Municipal Education Bureau, and Hou Yanli, the deputy director of the Municipal Education Bureau. Subsequently, the expert group held a talk with HeWei, Gong Hua, Chen Hua, Hou Yanli, and the responsible persons of the relevant departments such as the Finance Bureau. After listening to the overall design of the institute for the planned cooperation project, they discussed the problems , the optimization method and the related school supporting policies.
