According to "Jingcheng Award Fund's charter of CCNU" and "notification of selecting 2014 Jingcheng Award laureates," and other documents rules, teachers and students in CCNU carried out the declaration and assessment of Jingcheng Teaching and Learning Award. After the colleges’s declaration, the Evaluation Committee awarded a prize to these following people. Tian Yuan in the department of psychology, Xu Xiaojun in the department of science and society, Li Gaoxiang in the department of physics, Liao Meizhen in the department of foreign languages, each of these four teachers was rewarded 15000 yuan. Shi Jian and other three students won the First Prize Scholarship and each of them was rewarded 6000 yuan. The Second Prize Scholarship winners, Chen Zhao and other seven students each were given 4000 yuan as a reward. 20000 yuan was awarded to the ten Third Prize Scholarship laureates.

Hubei Jingcheng Investment Management limited donated 3 million yuan to CCNU to establish Jingcheng Award Fund. It can not only promote the school's academic research and personnel training, also but push forward the development of school’s education. The Fund will assess issued once a year, and reward twenty six people each time. Two are excellent teachers, and the other twenty two are the outstanding full-time undergraduate and graduate students.
