From July 19 to 22, Zhao Lingyun, Party Secretary of CCNU, Xia Lixin, Vice President of CCNU, and Chen Diming, Deputy Party Secretary of CCNU, went to Qinghai and Ningxia to attend the 4th Joint Meeting of Matching Support Qinghai Normal University, High-level Forum on High-quality Development of Western Normal Universities, Founding conference of Qinghai and Ningxia Alumni Association, and launching ceremony of Ningxia Artificial Intelligence Education Research Institute of Central China Normal University. And they gave a special lecture to Ningxia Education Working Committee, Department of Education and talked to Ningxia Normal University. The School Office, Alumni Work and Cooperation Development Office, Artificial Intelligence Education Department, No.1 Middle School and other units attended.
On the 19th and 20th, the founding meetings of Alumni Associations of Qinghai, Xining, Ningxia and Yinchuan were held in Xining and Yinchuan respectively. Ma Dejun, Zhu Delui, Long Shengli and Qu Yongwen were elected presidents of the Alumni Associations of Qinghai, Xining, Ningxia and Yinchuan respectively. Xia Lixin and Chen Diming inaugurated the newly established Alumni Association.
Zhao Lingyun, on behalf of the university and the Alumni Association, congratulated the establishment of the Alumni Associations of Qinghai, Xining, Ningxia and Yinchuan, and expressed his heartfelt thanks and high respect to the alumni for their contributions to the local economic and social development and the honors they won for their alma mater. He says that we establish the Qinghai, Ningxia Alumni Associations when we implement the spirit of 12th Party Congress of CCNU, construct a world-class university leading in teacher education and move towards a new journey to fully build a modern socialist country. It explores new ground of alumni work which focus on the construction of a world class university leading in teacher education, establishment of the community for the alumni broad and school, and celebration of CCNU’s 120th anniversary(Double Jiazi) to make the alumni truly have a sense of gain, happiness and honor.
Zhao Lingyun said that in order to hold the "Double Jiazi" celebration successfully, we should first remember the original aspiration and gather CCNU staff all over the world to contribute to the development of education; Second, we should strengthen our confidence and gather all CCNU staff to join in the process of strengthening CCNU with "Double First-class" as the symbol. Third, we should show our love and gather all CCNU staff to devote ourselves to the process of strengthening teachers. Through the “double Jiazi”School celebration, we should light up the original intention of running the school for one hundred years, enhance the confidence of CCNU in education, academic study and school, further polish the brand of "Great Love Of CCNU", enrich the love of education, the nation and the country, and further carry forward the culture of "Love in CCNU".
During the period of Qinghai, Vice Governor of Qinghai Province People's Government Yang Zhiwen met with zhao Lingyun and his companion . Before the meeting, Zhao Lingyun attended the 4th Joint meeting of Colleges and universities in Pairing Support of Qinghai Normal University, and delivered a keynote report entitled "Accelerating the Construction of higher Quality Training System for Normal University Students in the Strategy of Serving education to Strengthen China “at the "High-level Forum on High-quality Development of Western Normal Universities” hosted by the Department of Education of Qinghai Province.
During the period of Ningxia, Yang Peijun, Vice Chairman of the People's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, met with Zhao Lingyun and his delegation. Before the meeting, Zhao Lingyun attended the launching ceremony of Ningxia Artificial Intelligence Education Research Institute of Central China Normal University and delivered a speech. After the conference, he was invited to participate the 15th "Political Theory and Education Business Lecture Hall" activity of Ningxia Education Working Committee and Department of Education to give a special guidance report on "Enhancing the Historical Consciousness of Educators" and went to Ningxia Normal University for a discussion.（Author：Liu Yaning）
