On the morning of November 19, the 7th Conference of Central China Normal University Educational Development Foundation’s 1st Council was held in the meeting room on the second floor of Yifu International Conference Centre. Ma Min, council president and Party secretary of CCNU, Huang Yonglin, vice council president and vice president of CCNU, Xie Shoucheng, vice council president and deputy Party secretary of CCNU, and the council members and supervisors attended the conference which was hosted by Huang Yonglin.

Huang Yonglin read the suggested list of member asjustment of the Council and the Supervisory Board. Wang Zhibin, Foundation secretary-general, reported the fund-raising and utilizing condition of the Foundation in 2013. The participating members carefully considered and unanimously voted the Foundation work report of 2013 and the issue about transferring the former fund for Zhang Kaiyuan Cultural Exchange between the East and the West to the Foundation of Hubei Zhang Kaiyuan Cultural Exchange.

After fully listening to the opinions of the council members and the supervisors, Ma Min delivered concluding remarks.
