Yuan Chen, the deputy director of the Investment Promotion Agency of Kaili City, Guizhou Province, led a delegation visiting the Division of Domestic Cooperation and Alumni Affairs of Central China Normal University on September 22, 2017，with Guangpei Yang, the deputy director of Land and Resources Bureau of Kaili Economic Development Zone, Zhongpin Peng, the director of the Social Affairs Authority of Kaili Economic Development Zone, Yuehua Wu, the office manager of the Investment Promotion Agency of Kaili Economic Development Zone, and Tang Jiawen, the chairman of Guizhou Jing Si Universal Education Investment Company. They communicated with the preparatory commissioner Yulin Zhai, Jinghui Zhao and Education Research Center commissioner Danxia Tu. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on the model and procedures of basic education cooperation.      

      The deputy director Yuan Chen showed sincerity to cooperate with Central China Normal University on basic education affairs. Commissioner Yulin Zhai expressed great appreciation to him, and at the same time, he pointed out that Central China Normal University had no plan about cooperation in running schools in Guizhou right now. What’s more, Central China Normal University has never reached any cooperation agreement with any enterprise in Guizhou, hasn’t authorized any organization or signed any directional cooperation agreement with organizations or individuals.
