On April 3, the education development foundation work exchange symposium of South China Normal University, Guangdong University of Finance & Economics, Lanzhou University, Northeastern University, Hunan University, Nanyang Institute of Technology and Central China Normal University a total of seven universities was held in the meeting room on the sixth floor of the old library of our university.

     The people attending the symposium were Wang Weimin, Secretary General of Education Development Foundation of South China Normal University, Cao Yang, Director of the School of Education of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, Qi Jinbo, Deputy Secretary General of Lanzhou University Education Development Foundation, Liu Jia, Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Liaison and Cooperation of Northeastern University, Hunan University Education Development Foundation Project leader Wu Wang. The symposium was hosted by Guo qing, a deputy director of the cooperative office.

     On behalf of the school, Guo Qing expressed his heartfelt thanks to all of my colleagues for coming to our school to share their development experience. He briefly introduced the fundraising situation of the Education Development Foundation of our school since its establishment and the progress of the alumni association in recent years. He said that the work of alumni is to provide good services to alumni, and the work of the foundation is to provide a guarantee for the development of the school.

     Afterwards, the parties introduced the status quo of the school's education development foundation and deepened mutual understanding. Wang Weimin said that South China Normal University and Huazhong Normal University are both important teachers of the same class. He also emphasized that there is a deep friendship between the two universities, and the school work also has a relatively high degree of coincidence. The exchange activity provided an opportunity for the development of educational undertakings on both sides.

     Cao Yang said that as an alumnus of Central China Normal University, he felt his Alma mater attached great importance to the work of alumni and also provided new inspiration for the work of the alumni of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics. Lanzhou University, Northeastern University, and Hunan University are comprehensive universities with obvious regional advantages, their work about school resource integration, the establishment of alumni innovation and entrepreneurship funds, and talent introduction funds has also provided a good reference for our school.
 
      The symposium ended in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
